Satire holds up a mirror to society, just like the court jester used to. On this dialogue-based guided tour, we address current debates on the subject of caricature. Where is caricature able to go beyond limits? And where are the limits set for artists? Together, we look at visual exaggeration, biting irony and other stylistic devices intended to express criticism. In the age of political correctness and digitisation, a question arises as to the ways in which critical visual narrative has transformed.
